Marietta's father, Nikolaos Theodorou, primarily produced a variety of utilitarian items, from cooking and drinking ware to flowerpots.  He also had a side-line of clay industrial products, one of them being pipes for use in the construction industry of the times.  Note the quantities produced and that this was done with only the help of his wife Anna.
